Welcome to episode seven of the Whole Assistant podcast!  In today’s episode, we’re going to discuss how to deal with difficult personalities in the workplace, and more specifically, how to deal with that one coworker who gets under your skin or annoys you.  I sometimes refer to these irritating coworkers as a “pickle person.”   Even though your pickle person seems to do everything they can to push your buttons, they also offer us an opportunity to grow.  In this episode, I’m going to talk to you about how you can reframe your thinking about your pickle person, and how it can help you in the long term.
