In the 7th episode of Emotional Intelligence: Your Greatest Asset and Key to Success, guest Denise Hanks discusses with host Jami Carlacio what being brave and making bold choices mean to her and how this manifests in her coaching. During the interview, Carlacio and Hanks discussed the value of moving out of our comfort zone to embrace change, as that is the only way we can grow. Acknowledging that there will always be some fear of change, these two PQ coaches agree that the best way to overcome fear is to walk through it. We need only take one step at a time and savor the journey. It's like a scavenger hunt for life: a lot of the joy is discovering the treasure along the way.
