Hey everyone! Today, I am talking about a topic that is extremely near and dear to my Christian/Therapist heart. I was so eager to talk about this topic that it may not seem as polished as other episodes. However, I really wanted to get this conversation started, and continue some of this conversation for the next few weeks. Today we will be talking about the stigma of mental health in the church, and what I feel needs to change. I have been a Christian all of my life, and I am so in love with Jesus. I believe this is why, I am so passionate about the church representing Him well.
