This is an important topic to discuss because I see this happening al the time. We have the competitive nature within us, but the question is "where is this coming from?" 

When you are truely in alignment, you are not tearing other women down because you don't feel the need to. 

Your relationships are a mirror for you and it is a doorway for us to rise, or it is an opportunity for our jealousy button to be pressed. Are you seeing these opportunities for you to step up? Or do you hate seeing people rise to their full potential because you don't have the guts to?
