In this episode, Julie Dean Richards interviews her good friend and menstruality expert Meredith Ashton about the significance of rites of passage for children. They tell their own very personal story of how they created a rite of passage for both of their oldest children together and give ideas and insights on how you can do the same. They also talk about why rites of passage are so important and how to make them a practical part of your life. Touching on the sacredness of these experiences and how they can empower women and children alike.
