When 17 people die in yet another school shooting people start looking for two things,

1. Who do we blame?
2. How do we ensure it never happens again?

If we can rationalize those to things in our minds, then we can feel better about the situation and move forward.

But what if neither of those questions can be answered? What if there are no solutions? Is that even possible?

I'll answer that question as best I can on the show today.
