This week we're talking about ADHD and Impulsivity! First we discuss some of the more recent times we've acted out on our impulses.  Such as Shell buying things she doesn't need and Sparky, getting a dog last minute! However, this time we do give you some advice and tips on how to manage your impulsivity, as we have manged to calm down and develop (some) impulse control.
