“Cycle-breakers see the pain that flows through their families and say: this pain ends with me.” - Dr. Mariel Buqué
Through family narratives, structural oppression, and inside our bodies, trauma can be passed down through generations. Dr. Mariel Buqué shares her stories of intergenerational trauma and the ways she has helped clients move through the shame and grief. Her new book: Breaking The Cycle is out now!
