Christy is a licensed mental health therapist, published author, addiction and trauma therapist, and coach. Christy has traveled to 15 countries in the past 6 months and has been to over 30 countries total as well as road-tripping the US while being a therapist. She has provided therapy while traveling being in private practice and also being a mental health first responder for mass shootings and traumatic events. Christy has used her skills as a therapist to provide classes in Africa, Mexico, and Colombia. Christy has a passion for human trafficking restoration also traveling to support human trafficking survivors' relocate and providing professional training for human trafficking awareness. Christy has reviewed 2 presidential awards for her services nationally and internationally from the President of the United States and the President of Mexico. While traveling Christy has written and developed therapy resources, journals, and books that are travel themed including Amazon Best Seller Single Sabbatical which has an interactive roadmap for self-development. Christy specializes in working with pilots, people who work in the travel industry, and nomads.
