I am really excited to bring this conversation to you guys after the chat I had with today’s guest, Alex Rudin. Alex is a multimedia artist based in New York City. She attended the Parsons New School for Design and is the Owner and Founder of Rudin Studios. I am so excited for you guys to hear all the incredible work Alex has done through her artwork especially when it comes to visually illustrating body dysmorphia. I look forward to hearing her story today along with how art has helped her overcome struggles she has faced in the past. Her and I share so many commonalities when it comes to our stories and I am excited to share with you guys as well!! We also discuss the relationship between sexual abuse, body dysmorphia and eating disorders.
