Last year, I joined a group called Intergrated which had two meet-ups in 2020.  One in Austin and one in Cincinnati.  After each, we record an episode of the podcast where I read through my notes and try to explain all the things I learned.

I can't express enough how much the 2020 trip to Austin changed our lives.  It was the start of learning how to live rhythmically, honoring sabbath and so much more.

This year, I was so pumped for the trip that I took so many notes we have to split the recap episode up into two episodes. At times, during these recap episodes, I feel like I am not making very much sense, which is hard for me, so your grace is appreciate.  But I think they are important for Brooke and I because they are the start of the journey on learning and implementing new concepts and ideas into our lives.
