In his role with the 76ers, coaching is a regular part of Brett Brown’s life. However, his coaching influences aren't limited to the Sixers organization. Next week at the team's training complex, Brown will host his 3rd annual "Coach the Coaches" clinic, which is part of the Brett Brown Coaches Circle.

The event, which is completely free, is open to youth, high school, and college coaches, with the goal being improvement and further development. Anyone interested can register at brettbrownclinic.eventbrite.com.

Throughout the off-season, Jerryd Bayless has been a fixture at the Sixers’ training complex, devoting his days to completing his rehab from a left wrist injury that sidelined him for most of last year, while also preparing for his 10th NBA campaign.

In August, however, the combo guard took advantage of an opportunity to get away for bit, via the NBA’s first-ever Basketball without Borders trip to Israel. Serving as a counselor at youth camps held throughout the country, Bayless was joined by several other players, both active and retired, as well as coaches and executives from around the league.

On this September 6th edition of The BroadCast, Bayless discusses his visit to Israel, interest in traveling, and outlook for the Sixers’ 2017-2018 season.

While the NBA offseason is still a few weeks away from concluding, some members of the 76ers are preparing for EuroBasket 2017 action overseas. Dario Saric and Furkan Korkmaz will represent their respective countries in the tournament, which tips off August 31st.

After spending 17 years in the NBA as a player, former 76er Elton Brand now finds himself stepping into a new role. The Delaware 87ers, the NBA G League affiliate of the Sixers, named Brand the team’s general manager Monday, August 28th.

To help launch the 76ers' 3rd Annual Camden Youth Basketball Clinic presented by Virtua, Justin Anderson made an appearance at the Salvation Army Kroc Center on Monday, August 7th to get the three-day event started.

In this 'mini-cast' edition of The BroadCast, Anderson talks to Sixers.com's Brian Seltzer about the importance he's placed on contributing to communities throughout the Delaware Valley, as well as his off-season activities.

To help put a bow on a few of the key storylines - both 76ers and league-wide in nature - that emerged during summer league, ESPN NBA Insider Kevin Pelton joined the July 14th edition of the Sixers Summer League Stream to talk about the insights he gleaned from time spent in Salt Lake City and Las Vegas.

Pelton's conversation with Sixers.com's Brian Seltzer took place during halftime of the Sixers' summer league finale against the Chicago Bulls.

After two weeks worth of competition in the Utah Jazz and MGM Resorts NBA Summer League, the 76ers headed back home to Philadelphia on the heels of a July 14th consolation game versus the Chicago Bulls.

That night, during the second quarter of the Sixers Summer League Stream audio broadcast, Sixers Vice President of Basketball Administration Brandon Williams, also the General Manager of the Delaware 87ers, sat down with Sixers.com's Brian Seltzer to discuss his summer league observations, and give an outlook on some of the prospects the team brought in.

In their final outing of the summer, the 76ers bowed to the Chicago Bulls, 99-82, in a consolation match-up of the MGM Resorts NBA Summer League. The contest featured another encouraging performance from incoming rookie Furkan Korkmaz, who paced the Sixers with 22 points.

On several levels July 12th, the 76ers might have delivered their strongest - and perhaps most entertaining - collective showing of the summer. Unfortunately, the effort wasn’t enough, as the squad sustained a 103-102 setback to Lonzo Ball and the Los Angeles Lakers in an NBA Summer League tournament elimination game.
