All signs point to yes. The certainly had an unnamed informant feeding them information. Based on what Justice and the FBI have said this individual may have had international ties as well.
The more significant scandal is the FBI admission that it withheld information from a congressional investigation. To call it a scandal may be a bit of a stretch. Congress and the Justice Department are part of two different branches of government, but the request made by Congress was well within its power to request. And that's not me saying it; Speaker Paul Ryan said the same thing.

A new article in Zerohedge.com suggests the reason Facebook has banned all ads for cryptocurrencies is that they intend to launch their own crypto and they don't want the competition.
I think the author if the article lacks a detailed understanding of the retail trading space so I'll take some time today and explain the industry and why Facebook may be making a wise choice in blocking the advertisements.
