Cara Harbstreet, of StreetSmart Nutrition and a new startup, Libre Connections, joins me to talk business, investing in yourself, and mind mapping! (I had to look up what mind-mapping is, btw.) She's gone from being a new RD with a full-time job, to starting her private practice, to joining a startup incubator all in just a few years. She had an idea, and ran with it. Cue: Libre Connections. 

We talk about successes and failures in business, starting something and learning along the way, and what happens when you invest in yourself (even if it's just a few bucks to get you started).
