A lot of things come alongside a diagnosis of MS, but typically the emotion of grief and the trait of resilience are not the things in the forefront of your mind. But, they are two very important topics. Today, I chat with Dr. Rosalind Kalb about how to acknowledge and maintain resilience in the face of MS. And also about how it is important to allow yourself the feeling of grief in certain circumstances. She also gives some great tips on how to keep moving forward through difficult times!
Rosalind Kalb is a clinical psychologist who has worked in the MS field for 40 years – first at one of the earliest MS comprehensive care centers and then for 16 years at the National MS Society.
