I bet you think you do most things “correctly; then something comes out of left field knocking you over. The creeping feeling of "not good enough" can be felt. You then look at how you should’ve been better, did it differently, etc. This whole conversation is self-sabotage. Tune in on stopping the sabotage, feeling good even when there’s drama or issues and grow your self-awareness.
