Man, it's been a tough year, probably the hardest year of my entire life. And nothing can change what's happened.

Yet, I also believe that so much good learning can be found in the pain and suffering. It's not to erase what happened, but to change and evolve as a result of it. 

Here are my biggest lessons from 2022. I hope one or more speak to you wherever you're at in your own journey. 

#1: Invest into your community
#2: Be ok with losing people (and don’t take it personally) 
#3: Increasing revenue isn’t worth it if the home life suffers
#4: Paid ads is a pain in the ass
#5: Be authentic to your brand and lead with vulnerability
#6: The faster you want to grow, the more stressful it’ll be
#7: Getting more clients can actually hurt your business
#8. Spend more time improving your program vs marketing your program
