MY FIRST SOLO EPISODE! I wanted to do something a little different and record an unscripted solo episode talking about my personal challenges in motherhood. I'm 8 months post-partum and having a 'pandemic baby' wasn't easy!

In this episode I talk about my struggles with:

• Post Partum Anxiety (PPA)
• Mom guilt at every stage
• Weight gain and body image issues
• PUPPP (pruritic uticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy)
• Starting day-care, having to choose between being a working mom and stay-at-home-mom

Obviously motherhood has been wonderful and amazing in all other aspects: I truly feel like I "found myself" in motherhood, but that is a whole other topic. Today I wanted to be open about my challenges in hopes that it helps another mom feel like she's "not the only one". It's hard in this era of social media where you just see someone's highlight reel and not all the other moments in-between. I hope this episode talks about some of that "in-between"!
