CPI - 3.7% vs. 3.6% year over year - kind of in line and nothing crazy - but if inflation continues higher, Fed might have to raise and definitely would not lower - that pulled futures back a bit 

Jobless claims - nothing crazy so all in all - looks like no hike November is still in play

$TGT - I’m over waiting for this one - it’s done

$SNOW - this is a good company but has just been trading between a range. I will hold it in my portfolio, but I’ll be trading it instead of long term buying it.

Did you buy $pxd? Waiting for earnings and the dividend announcement but maybe exit because it’s capped at $257 per share 

in an all-stock transaction valued at $59.5B, or $253/share, based on Exxon's closing price on October 5.

The offer represents an 18% premium to Pioneer's closing price on October 5 and a 9% premium to its prior 30-day volume-weighted average price.

Under the deal terms, Pioneer shareholders will receive 2.3234 Exxon shares for each Pioneer share at closing.
