From there, they jump into the Skid Row Stabber, one of LA's most notorious serial killers who terrorized those in an already struggling community. While police were dealing with the Hillside Stranger, Manson Murders and other serial's, the Skid Row Stabber took their chance to murder as many people as they could, at random.
