A hard fought double header closed the regular season for the Roar as they secured their semi final place. With eyes now turning to the knockout rounds we caught up with freestyle superstar Freya Anderson and Olympic silver medallist James Guy to get the lowdown on the two matches.

Bob, Katie and Steve ask the questions as Freya gives us the inside track on her record breaking form, her race tactics and taking on the breaststroke skins, while James delves into racing hard while in tough training and what he is missing most while in the ISL bubble.
