Robert McDermott is Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Condition Specific New Patient Marketing Solutions, Inc. For the past 19 years he has been "in the trenches" helping chiropractors and dentists fill their offices with the exact type of patients (and case fees!) they want.

He does this using his direct-response, PSA-style, 30-second TV commercials to generate the leads. Then he uses his proprietary email follow-up system to nurture and convert the leads into new patients. What's "old' is new again.

With Google and Facebook constantly changing their algorithms and businesses getting deplatformed and "cancelled' left and right, they're discovering the benefits of TV advertising. People think TV advertising is way too expensive for them. And it is, if you do it the way the sales reps at the TV stations want you to. They want you to invest tens of thousands of dollars, using image-type ads to "build your brand". Robert’s direct-response, PSA-style commercials are the direct opposite. He’s an old school Dan Kennedy guy and subscribes to the old marketing adage, “Never do any marketing where the result can’t be track.”
