Chris Sexton Fletcher is a film director, screenwriter, and assistant professor at State College of Florida. His award-winning short film, THE PUNISHMENT (2021), explores the physical and emotional fallout of a Scottish gangland punishment beating. On a (slightly) lighter note, Chris is currently in post-production on SHARPS, the story of just how far one woman will go to get a wad of $100 bills out of a medical waste disposal container.

Jeff York has been a professional writer and illustrator for three decades, working in advertising, journalism, and show business. He's an optioned screenwriter and has helped Netflix producers develop a number of series. Jeff's also a SAG/AFTRA member, a certified film critic on RottenTomatoes.com, has his own movie site TheEstablishingShot.org that’s read in 27 countries, and is a member of the Chicago Indie Critics.

Ian Tan hails from the Midwest and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, MO. After graduating with a BS in Biology, he attended Florida State University for his MFA in Film Production and Television Recording. He moved out to Los Angeles, CA, in early 2002 and has been working as a television picture editor ever since.  Some of his more well-known works include CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, MARVEL’S CLOAK & DAGGER, LOVECRAFT COUNTRY and the upcoming Netflix remake of AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER.

Margo Candela was born and raised in Los Angeles and began her writing career when she joined Glendale Community College’s student newspaper. She transferred to San Francisco State University as a journalism major, and upon graduation began writing for websites and magazines before writing her first two novels, Underneath It All and Life Over Easy. She returned to Los Angeles to raise her son and later wrote Good-bye to All That and More Than This. The Neapolitan Sisters is her fifth novel and her first after a decade-long hiatus from writing. Andrea (Andy) Smith Peek is a comedy writer/director/producer/actor/donut eater/lover of cheese/improv artiste/sketch enthusiast/human being trying to survive neverending existential dread. This may explain why she processes the pain by writing dark sci-fi themed comedy. Andy studied writing and film at Vancouver Film School, Writing for TV at UCLA’s Professional Program, Film Production at UCLA’s Summer Program, and studied improv and sketch with The Second City Conservatory, UCB and The Groundlings. She has performed at Canada’s Just For Laughs Festival, and won a Telus Storyhive grant to produce and direct her short film Married & Isolated, and also the pilot of her web series See Through Daddy. Her new content creation outlet is character comedy on TikTok: @AndysCharacters. On Dec 10 2018 she won the showcase showdown on The Price is Right, no joke! She worked as an assistant on A&E’s Ruby Laundry Series and as a script/clearances coordinator on Netflix’s Emmy-nominated MAID. She currently lives in Victoria, BC, but will be back in LA in 2023 to write and perform on the Groundlings stage in their writer’s lab program.

Kayla Baken is a Comedy Writer and Director with a passion for telling stories about ballsy women who defy societal norms. In 2018 she completed the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television’s Professional Program in Writing for TV and was named the “Best Comedy Pilot” winner of the program’s annual pilot writing competition. In 2020 she was named a quarter-finalist in the Final Draft Big Break Screenwriting Competition and has since created her own comedy web series, New Yorkers in LA, which she writes, directs, produces, and stars in.

David Michor grew up in a video store and knew right away that he wanted to be a filmmaker. He started making movies when he picked up a video camera at just 7 years old, and he hasn’t stopped ever since. David attended film school at Columbia College Chicago and majored in Directing. For his final semester, he was chosen out of a large pool of applicants to attend the Semester in LA Program. Studying on the CBS Radford Lot, he honed his craft and got a job in the mail room. This eventually led to a writer’s assistant position on the WB sitcom, “The Help,” working directly for the show’s creator, Ron Leavitt, who also created “Married with Children” and “Unhappily Ever After.” David went on to write and direct several short films that premiered at the Columbia College Film Festival held at Sundance, including “H1N1” about a zombie apocalypse, “Snooze, Charlie” about an addiction to the snooze button, and “The Hoarder” about a demonic lamp that attacks its possessor. David is currently developing his feature directorial debut and resides in Los Angeles as a writer, director, and editor. In the meantime, you can catch his cinematic TikToks starring his baby and his dog at @albertsbucketlist.
