This week we're talking about Shell's favourite topic again! MEDICATION!
But, seriously... starting ADHD medication is not an easy choice and  it can be an agonising (and sometimes) quite scary decision to make (and let's face it making decisions with ADHD is already not an easy task!)
There are so many opinions to listen to from family, friends and colleagues about wether you should take medication or not. There's also alot of stigma surrounding taking medication for your metal health than there is for other non-mental health conditions.
So what should you do? 
In this episode we discuss why taking medication for your mental health has such a stigma attached to it, if you should you take medication for ADHD, what are the options, the benefits and side effects of ADHD medication, and if you do opt out of wanting to take medication what other non medication options are there to manage your ADHD symptoms!
