Trump's tariffs are starting to have their first real effects on our economy and it's not good. Prices on everything from beer to automobiles is going up as steel and other products hit by Trumps trade war start to hit the shelves.

The important point I want to make is not about the damage tariffs do but who actually pays for them. Did you know there are some people in America who think companies pay taxes? We are constantly hearing how corporations should "pay their fair share" meaning pay more in taxes. But the reality is, COMPANIES DON'T PAY TAXES!

The BOJ just signaled it's going to buy an unlimited number of bonds at .01% proving yet again it's willingness to destroy the Yen. It's a bold strategy Cotton, let's see if it pays off for them. :)

Finally, Bernie Sanders just had his Medicaid for all plan scored by an independent research group. Turns out it's going to cost an estimated 32.6 Trillion dollars over the next 10 years. Yes, that's Trillion with a T.

That number is right in line with the estimate I gave you last week. Socialism, democratic or otherwise is a fools errand.
