I am so excited to be diving into today’s topic “Beyond the Mask” with my wonderful guest, Jame Geathers! Jame is an entrepreneur, speaker and author of the book titled, “Taking Off the Mask of Bipolar.” I actually found Jame because I watched her TedTalk on YouTube with over 100,000 views all about how she removed the stigma associated with mental illness. I am so happy to have Jame here with us today to discuss her story, how she was able to shatter the stigma she once associated with bipolar disorder, her experiences and all the powerful lessons she has learned along the way!
