We talk about unions quite a bit on the show. As you know I'm not opposed to unions at all but like any organization, they overreach at times and it creates more problems than it solves.

UPS Freight, a division of USP is facing a potential strike on Nov. 11th if it's members don't approve a deal with the company.

Right now it appears a strike is inevitable so I asked Chris to come on the show and explain the details. Chris has worked for UPS for 26 years and he's got an insiders point of view. He's also a union member.
