This week my wonderful guest, Dr. Elizabeth Fedrick, is joining us! Dr. Elizabeth is a LPC (licensed professional counselor) in the state of Arizona and holds both a doctoral degree in psychology along with a masters degree in professional counseling. She founded her own practice called Evolve Counseling right here in Gilbert, AZ and will also be expanding to Scottsdale! She is also a professor at GCU (Grand Canyon University) along with co-hosting her own podcast and YouTube channel called Evolve Counseling! 

I am super excited to have Dr. Fedrick with us today to get into what “Tackling Codependency in Relationships” is all about! She shares tips with us on how to overcome toxic patterns, insight into how our early relationships with our parents and caretakers play a role in the relationships we form later on and how it is possible to overcome codependency with consistency and some awesome steps she outlines! :)
