A lot of people are talking about the new year, goal setting and achieving the most out of the year. I've seen half a dozen people offering their formula for getting what you want out of 2019 but the reality is, most people won't do much this year.

So I wanted to kick off the first show of 2019 with a discussion of what it takes to be excellent. What does being part of the 1% look like and what does it cost? It's both an inspirational episode and a hardcore reality check on what success looks like.
