Mallory is a 911 professional and was managing an emergency communications center when the unthinkable happened. The center was flooded with 911 calls of an active shooter in a large public space. Not only did the center's team have to manage the onslaught of initial calls, they had remain hyper-focused on the rescuing officers' actions, and coordinate the chaotic aftermath.
