A cell phone call came in to a 911 center and a man and a woman were heard arguing. Without the benefit of exact address matching, officers responded to a nearby residence, thinking they were at the location where the couple was arguing. Unfortunately the unsuspecting homeowner came to the door and raised his gun at the officers.
