The Turbo S e-Hybrid has been spotted testing noted by the yellow decal on the back glass for electrified vehicles testing at the Nurburgring. California is cracking down on tuned ECUs. The Macan EV isn't that far away from its launch in 2023 and with a price at 58k it seems like a deal.
