In 2003, Erie Pennsylvania was struck by one of the strangest crimes in history. A pizza delivery driver named Brian Douglas Wells walked into a bank with a bomb strapped to his neck. When he was arrested minutes later he claimed he had been forced to wear the bomb and complete an array of tasks. Sadly the bomb would explode before he could give them any more information.
