- There is a prayer group in a nearby parish that says their meetings feature something called “Lectio Divina”. Can you explain what that is?
- When Jesus says, you must take up your cross and follow Me, I think we tend to take that metaphorically – as in “we all have our crosses to bear”. But when He said that to His disciples, what must they have been thinking when He said “take up your cross”, because they must have known that carrying a cross meant crucifixion?
- In Psalm 90 it is mentioned that we live 70 or 80 years but most of them are spent in drudgery and toil. Does that mean we disobey God's will by living longer than that?
