Anu Verma is a mother, survivor, author, speaker, and film producer from the United Kingdom. Her childhood experiences of sexual abuse, as well as several future toxic relationships she would navigate, deeply affected her trajectory.  In this very candid conversation, Anu shares much of her heartbreak and consequent healing, in order to bring awareness and allow other victims to become victors over their own story.  The Broken Cycle media team is extremely thankful Anu was willing to share so much of herself in order to allow others to feel less alone.
