We have a very special episode for you today! Chris coaches a brave soul - Mel - live on our podcast. Mel is a busy Mum of three, working many jobs & doing extra study. She is feeling stuck on the burn-crash cycle of over-achieving & juggling all the things, then feeling exhausted, low motivation & pain in the body. Mel is stuck because she LOVES all the things she does, but on the weekend she is so exhausted that she feels like she’s just existing, and not prioritising her own self-care. Mel is new to our style of deeper root-cause coaching, so the root of her “busy” patterns wasn’t discovered (yet!) in this coaching session. However, this session opened up more awareness around deeper beliefs driving burnout patterns, and created more leverage for change - especially in Mel’s case when there are A LOT of benefits of achieving & helping others (even if at the expense of self).
