Kaush Arha talks about connectivity and why and how connectivity is  important for our common security and our community of democracies. Mr. Kaush Arha is a nonresident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security. He served from 2017 to 2020 as the senior adviser for strategic engagement at the US Agency for International Development on how the US should meet the challenge  of Chinas Belt and Road Initiative.
