In this episode of Causes or Cures, Dr. Eeks chats with Victoria Albina NP, MPH about her journey from clinical practice to becoming a Certified Life Coach, Certified Breathwork Meditation Facilitator and the host of the Feminist Wellness Podcast. They chat about perfectionism, codependency, authenticity and how Victoria's personal and clinical experience shape the work she is doing now.
In addition to being a Nurse Practitioner, Victoria has a Masters degree in Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health and a BA in Latin American Studies from Oberlin College. She has worked in health & wellness for over 20 years and has a passion for helping women to heal mind, body and spirit.
