Satish Shankar, our Asia-Pacific Regional Managing Partner, pursued a chemical engineering career before transitioning to business and earning his MBA. After initially hiring a Bain team while working at an airline in Indonesia, he was invited to join the firm where he would later become Southeast Asia’s managing partner.
