This weeks guest is a cracker, I have Aaron Saidman.

He is is an American creator-developer, documentary filmmaker and television producer. He is known for a number of non-fiction television series and documentary feature films.

You would have seen a fair chunk of his work over the years, l very much remembered his work on the Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath series, which was brilliant. A fair few of you would know Saidman for his work on The Paris Hilton Documentary which made a lot of noise in the media last year.

This chat was arranged by Binge and HBO Max to support Selena + Chef which is a new cooking show on their network which has just launched series 2. It is a really fun show with Selena Gomez as the host and for you fellow Australian Curtis Stone is on episode one and he is really awesome on that episode.
