Jess has been a client of mine since June 2020 and in the process she has completely transformed her body, mind but also her health. In 2001 Jess had a liver transplant that completely changed the trajectory of her life and gave her a life!

So much happened before and after this pinnacle point in her life and story which you will hear in this episode.

Living with a chronic health condition comes with its every day challenges and barriers, but Jess does not let her condition get in the way of her health and happiness!

10 months in and just over 10kg down, she has completely changed her life for the better.

Welcome back to the unconventional coach podcast! In this episode I have the privilege of chatting with lovely Sophie about her role as a dietician and how she works in helping her clients live a happier healthier life.

Covid 19 has turned  peoples lives upside down, routine has gone out of the window and individuals are struggling now more than ever with their relationship with food. Emotional eating and stress eating has become more common in both mine and Sophie's clients so we wanted to expand on this and offer a general understanding as to WHY it is happening and some tips to help you manage things moving forward!
