There's a strange idea that just because someone has a license or a degree, they're good at their job as well as ethical. Does passing an ethics class automatically make you ethical? Does having a degree automatically make you good at your job? While a degree and license does mean you've been approved by peers in the field, it doesn't always mean the person is good at what they do and/or ethical.

Criticism is something we all need to grow as people. One issue we can face is believing we've reached the top and there's no more room to grow. Nobody is perfect, and we can always improve. The issue is that not all criticism is created equal, so we need to learn how to filter the criticism that comes our way.

One of the biggest stories recently has been that of ProJared who was labeled as a cheater. This story exploded when his ex-wife Heidi told the story on Twitter stating ProJared cheated on her with a friend and also swapped nude photos with minors. As more details came out, we discovered that this story was far more complex than we originally thought. In this episode we take a deep dive and discuss the issue with cancel culture and the idea of guilty until proven innocent.

Up until now, my primary platform has been YouTube, but I want to dive deeper into the thoughts and ideas that involve how we perceive the world. Something I learned a long time ago is that how we perceive the world shapes our reality, but the issue is that our perception is not always reality.
