What began as a passion project, solving an issue that hit close to come for Mara when her mom refused to wear any of the unattractive generic personal emergency response devices.

 

Mara's mom said, "Mara you've been in the jewelry business for over 25 years, can't you make me something beautiful to wear in case of an emergency?" In wanting to create a beautiful dignified solution, Trelawear was created.
