The defendant admits he moved out of their home, but he insists he notified the plaintiff and the rental company with plenty of notice.

Plus, The plaintiff says she allowed her nephew, the defendant, to borrow her car. However, the plaintiff says the defendant got the car impounded for driving on a suspended license. The defendant argues that when he was pulled over, the plaintiff’s car registration was expired and that’s why it got impounded.
