This is a guided somatic (body-based) meditation to assist you in relaxing your brain! Our brains are often overwhelmed by information and stimulation, anxiety, worry and stress. Somatic meditation offers incredibly simple and profoundly effective tools to get back into your body, breath and heart. This practice will increase a sense of wellbeing and create space in your mind to observe your thoughts rather than be ruled by them.
