Whether or not you have a diagnosed eating disorder, chances are good that you experience distraction, disassociation and perhaps discomfort with eating. If you do don't worry that you're alone, it's a symptom of a larger problem that we face in society today that has to do with separation from the earth and land. Most of us are too caught up in the demands of our lives to grow our own food and make sure its always the best quality.

In this guided meditation on self-awareness we'll practice bringing more awareness and healing energy to our relationships with food, and consumption in general. Through simple body-centered awareness we will attune to the natural functions of our bodies and develop the ability to sense what we consume. Through recognizing our own wellbeing we understand the interconnectivity of wellbeing to others.
