Spenser joins us from his cozy makeshift porch studio complete with wood fireplace (not stove....Janice..) to share with us the story behind their creek side cottage build in the blue ridge mountains of Georgia. Their very first step in the realization of this dream was met with resistance when their realtor told them "you're never going to find what you're looking for." After passing on her advice, they quickly found their slice of heaven and began planning how to turn the 480sf "murder shack" into the whimsical forest escape they could share with family, friends and anyone looking for
