Ali takes us through the emotional rollercoaster and endless city meetings to fight for this deal, and how unfortunately, it ultimately failed. The good news? She was ready to pivot with a backup plan, and even though that property isn't a functional wedding venue today, it IS a profitable, cash-flowing STR.

Ali is an open book, and if anyone has considered riskier projects, this episode is a must-listen on how to navigate emotional backlash and obstinate neighbors.
