Francis Rose is an award-winning broadcaster, journalist, speaker, writer, and host of Government Matters on Washington, DC's WJLA/ABC7 and NewsChannel 8. His 35-year media career includes stops at America's leading broadcasters, including ABC Radio, CBS Radio, and Westwood One. Francis is also prolific voice of Fedheads, a podcast he co-hosts with Robert Shea since early 2018, where they love to talk about the arcana of the Federal Government.

Eric Schall is an unassuming and humble presence that conceals one hell of a survival story!

In addition to being a successful father, husband, and family business owner, Eric is an elite swimmer who, after we get to know him a bit, will first share with you his journey from “can’t swim one length of a pool” to becoming an elite-level open water swimmer, which is a great story in itself, and is another example that we are never too late in life to follow a passion or dream, how to follow breadcrumbs as they are shown to you, and also how to intend a goal without being over-attached to it.

Now, as for what comes next, I am just going to tell you that you are going to be treated to a story that is, without a doubt, the stuff that nightmares are made of. I am not going to give much away except to say that before I sat down with Eric, I already generally knew the story you’re about to hear, and even so, I was completely mesmerized and also terrorized hearing this first hand.

László has some amazing stories to tell about so many life experiences. He was born and raised in Hungary, lucky to be a husband to the wonderful Szilvia, blessed to be a father to brilliant and talented twin girls, and right now is peaking in a successful and distinguished career at a world leader in a fascinating niche you'll hear more about, not to mention his accomplishments as an gifted multi-sport athlete.
