Accredited as a Life Coach since 2005, she brings deep experience from across the public and private sectors, including work with the Police, Prison Service, and NHS.
In recent years, Beverley has become a leading voice on menopause in the workplace, supporting organisations and leaders to better understand its impact on wellbeing, inclusion, and performance. Her work is grounded in lived experience, research, and strategic practice, including her study on transgender experiences within NHS healthcare.
She is widely recognised for her thoughtful, compassionate, and challenging approach to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
